Skilled Nursing
Mesa Verde has one of the highest quality of nursing care available, with Registered Nurses on all shifts and one of the highest patient staff ratios for skilled nursing facilities in Southern California. Mesa Verde's highly qualified and dedicated nursing staff consists of over 34 licensed nurses, many of which have been with Mesa Verde over 10 years. All facets of rehabilitation and patient care are planned and coordinated by a multi-disciplinary team to assure optimal results.
Our Director of Staff Development, a Registered Nurse certified for clinical instruction, has implemented a continuing Education Program that keeps our nurses updated with the latest information and techniques in nursing. The Registered Nurses are I.V. Certified and are continually updating their skills with further education programs. We also have one of the few Certified Nursing Aide Training Programs available in the area for patient care as we continually strive to have the finest nursing staff possible
