Located in a residential area with lovely landscaped grounds, Mesa Verde provides 24-hour care supervised by licensed nurses. We enjoy the expertise of a Dietitian, an Activities Director, and an Admission/Discharge Coordinator to accommodate all the needs of our residents.
- Assistance with bathing, dressing, and personal care as needed.
- Social and recreational activities, including: birthday luncheons, holiday celebrations, afternoon teas and more.
- Medications administered and monitored.
- Individual preferences and all therapeutic diets arranged.
- A medical record kept on each resident
- Transportation to appointments, by arrangement
In addition to the above, all of the professional medical services such as pharmacy, therapy, x-ray, medical lab, etc., provided for patients in Mesa Verde Convalescent Hospital, are also available to the residents at Mesa Verde Residential Care
