In addition to excellent Nursing and Rehabilitation Services, the following services are available to all residents at Mesa Verde Convalescent Hospital and Residential Care.
Case Management:
For efficient management of resident care and improved discharge planning while focusing on individual needs so each resident functions at their optimum level.
Social Services:
Coordinating admissions and discharges as well as providing patient and family support for medical and emotional needs.
Dietary Services:
Directed by a registered dietician that provides therapeutic and special diets as well as catering to individual preferences.
Recreational Activities:
An active program including: social, educational, creative, religious, and physical activities designed to meet the needs and interests of each resident.
Beauty Shop:
Regular weekly visits by licensed hair dressers and manicurists are available for all residents.
