Since Mesa Verde was incorporated in 1972, the principle philosophy behind its operation was that every resident be given the opportunity to live with respect and dignity and to reach their maximum potential. Nothing is more important than the welfare of the resident and our dedication to the primary goal of providing the highest quality nursing care will not be compromised. Providing service, with a commitment to upholding the dignity of each resident, has been a constant goal for all of the employees here. If we treat our residents with compassion, consideration, and concern, we shall meet this challenge and continue to be a successful operation. This commitment to our residents has been achieved largely through our efforts of maintaining a large staff of well trained individuals that share this basic premise
